My Story
A graduate form St. John’s University, New York Bachelor of Science and Master of Art, Dato’ Tan Su Cheng is the Managing Partner of PDI Design & Associates, an Enterprise 50 company, which is one of the top interior design firms in Malaysia, specializing in corporate offices.
With more than 21 years of experience in Interior Design under his belt, the firm has won more than 76 awards locally and internationally, service thousands of prestigious projects and designed tens of millions of sqft and impacted millions of people’s lives across South Asia, Hong Kong and Shanghai. Prominent clients include Celcom, Genting, Sunrise Summer Suites, Petronas, Group M, Manulife, Putrajaya Holdings HQ, Maxis, ICBC Bank, Petrosains, Hong Leong and Shell.
A passionate individual, Dato’ Su Cheng led his team of very dedicated, experienced, creative and committed designers for the concept of Mindvalley that has won the prestigious Top 10 Coolest Office in the world award by Inc. Magazine in 2012. Amongst the other awards include MIDA, IPDM, MIID, ICIAD, and IAI.
Dato Su’ Cheng is also the Regional Developer of SalesPartners Malaysia and is a business partner with Blair Singer – the co-founder of SalesPartners Worldwide, internationally renowned trainer and best-selling author of “The ABC’s Of Building A Business Team That Wins”, “Sales Dogs” and “Little Voice Mastery”. Dato’ Su Cheng is also a Certified NLP Trainer with the National Federation of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), the Science of Change in achieving Human Peak Performance. Dato Su’Cheng has trained organizations such as Maybank, RHB Bank, Affin Bank, Genting, Ministry of Tourism and Naza Group in the past 5 years. He has also personally coached the minister and CEOs of public listed companies.
A fervent believer of continuous learning, Dato’ Su Cheng is currently pursuing his doctorate in International Business Strategy at the Shanghai Jiatong University to further sharpen his expertise in training for the corporate world. Dato’ Su Cheng is also personally mentored by organizational and human behavior experts including Dr. William Horton, Blair Singer, Joel Roberts and Larry Gilman.

My Story
Kevin is an award-winning L&D practitioner who had more than 18 years of experience in leadership development, training and coaching. Kevin is a sought after corporate trainer, conference speaker, and peak performance coach. His vast corporate experience has seen him holding a senior role with one of the world’s largest financial institutions. He was the winner of the prestigious Learning & Development Leadership Award at the Global HR Excellence Awards 2012 awarded by World HRD Congress. Recently, he was named as “The 100 Most Influential YOUNG Entrepreneur in 2016” by MATRADE.
Many fortes that distinguish Kevin from other trainers are his great amount of energy, enthusiasm and passion in life. A dynamic speaker, Kevin knows how to inspire his audience to “take charge of their life” and bring out the magnificent in them. His ability to empower others comes from his expertise in the areas of NLP, Hypnotherapy, Time Line Therapy, Solution Focused Coaching, MBTI, FIRO-B, and EQ. Having completed more than 800 coaching hours, he is now a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) recognized by International Coach Federation.
Kevin is a sought-after conference speaker and he has appeared in numerous conferences internationally; most notably the 2010 Korea Coaching Conference in Seoul, the 2009 14th Annual International Conference on Thinking in Kuala Lumpur (sharing the same platform with Tony Buzan and Edward de Bono), 3rd Annual Learning World 2009 Conference in Hong Kong, and 37th IFTDO 2008 World Conference in Dubai. He was also invited to speak at the 15th Annual World Conference on Cooperative Education in Singapore.
Kevin has trained professionals from all walks of life, and helped many organizations to improve on their performance. One of the key highlights of his achievement as a peak performance coach was to conduct a peak performance session for the 23rd SEA Games Malaysian Contingent. He was also invited to coach the Malaysia Bowling Team Elite Squad bowlers to improve on their mental strength. Among the bowling players he coach include Esther Cheah, the 2005 Women’s World Championships Singles Gold Medallist. Kevin also coached the Malaysia Men’s Hockey Team to prepare them for the Champions Trophy & Olympic Qualifying tournaments.
Kevin holds a Bachelor degree in International Business from University of Nebraska -Lincoln, and an MBA degree from University of North Texas. He is also a Certified Instructor and Program Developer of Competency-Based Training and Education (CBTE).
